Is my hose repairable?
Some hoses are repairable some are not. We have to see your hose in order to identify the problem and determine whether it is repairable.
Is my power head repairable?
Bring it to us, and we will assess whether your power head or any other component is repairable.
How do you install a central vacuum in an existing home building?
Every building is unique and with 40 years of experience installing central vacuums, we can offer a solution to every problem. Estimates are always free so you can always find out the cost of the solution without committing to anything.
Do I Need a Service Call?
See our vacuum troubleshooting guide if you’d like to try and solve the issue yourself. Or you think you may need a service call, but you’re not really sure and would like to try and solve the issue yourself.
Otherwise, you can phone or email us and make an appointment for a service call and we will send a technician out to diagnose your problem. Service calls in Greater Victoria start at $185 plus GST which includes up to one hour of labour only. Parts and labour more than one hour will be in addition to this cost.
Or if you need service to one of your vacuum components such as a your hose, powerhead, or other accessory, if you are able to bring any of those items to our office we will be happy to asses them free of charge. We stock common parts for powerheads like belts for the turbo cat and turbo cat zoom.
If you bring in one of those components and it is not repairable and needs replacing, we have those in stock as well.
