Service and Repairs
When do I need a service call?
See our vacuum troubleshooting guide if you’d like to try and solve the issue yourself if you think you need a service call, but you’re not really sure and would like to try and solve the issue yourself.
Otherwise, phone or email us to make an appointment for a service call and we can send a technician out to diagnose your problem.
Service calls start at $185 plus GST. Parts and labour more than one hour will be in addition to this cost.
If you need service to one of your other vacuum components such as a your hose or powered or one of the brushes, if you are able to bring any of those sorts of items to our office we do not charge to assess them for you. We stock common parts for powerheads like belts for the turbo cat and turbo cat zoom.
If you bring in one of those components and it is not repairable and needs replacing, we have those in stock as well.
