My first contact at your company was Peter who was very encouraging and helpful which immediately instilled confidence in your company as I had never dealt with Grohovac Installations before. Moving into a new house and discovering that the central vacuum system does not work was more than a little distressing. I quickly realized that it had never been serviced and the dirt canister was so full that we had difficulty removing it. We just wanted to let you know that our AV system is working amazingly well. Thank you so much for coming in and not only fixing someone else’s work, but making so many significant improvements to our system. The remote you supplied us with for upstairs is simple and easy to use, and allows us to utilize all the AV systems with ease. The sound system now sounds as it should, and we have really appreciated being able to access our music in several different rooms as well as outside. The remote control for the children’s use is also much simpler than the previous system and they are very happy with that as well. All in all a huge success and we will come to you again, as it is likely we may add to our AV needs in the future.

We had our a central vacuum system in our previous house installed by another provider. We had frequent problems with things getting stuck in the pipes until we called Grohovac. They came and redesigned the corners so that things didn’t get stuck.

We had Grohovac install the vacuum system in our current house over 15 years ago and is has been flawless. We have never had anything get stuck in the pipes. We have always received good advice and good products from this company.

I would advise anyone thinking about having a central vacuum system installed to call on Grohovac.

Thank you for your most impressive service this morning. While waiting for my repairs, I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the Beam installations in previous homes, and you asked for a testimonial of my experience.

From my perspective, Beam’s™ sole competitive advantage is their branding/product name, which, as you mentioned, has become synonymous with the product generic. This is unfortunate for consumers because what is sorely lacking is after-sales service of a product with too many problems. The multitude of distributors in Toronto only seemed to care about the initial sale. I never found one that I stayed with: each problem was expensive, timely to resolve, and left me vowing not to return. Over a period of approximately 25 years, we had far too many problems with the power-heads: either the belt broke, or the mechanism was clogged with debris, which I felt should have been sucked up. What repair was done did not last long enough, and I had to purchase several power-heads over that period. After using your Airstream for about two years now, there just is no comparison to the superior suction of your product. I would not recommend Beam to anyone: what would initially seem a price advantage in their favour does not yield the necessary value over the life of the product.

Allen, if your potential customers are not convinced by the strength of my concerns with Beam, then please also use this testimonial as a reference to your superior industry and product knowledge, and the outstanding level of service which I received today. I will not go anywhere else for issues with, or purchase of, a central vacuum system.

I wish you and your staff continued good success with what is a wonderful business model to watch in operation.
